Blondest Mono-Shade Pencil

Shade: Flesh based soft taupe is ideal for very pale gals with light brow hairs. I created the perfect light ash/gold blonde that defines a very pale brow without over emphasizing. Silver foxes also love this soft shade. Perfect way to 'young up' a grown up arch.

Formula: I designed my version of a brow pencil to have a 'pencil to powder' finish. Low wax for blendability and long wear.
